Where can I find my login details?

First time login instructions are provided on the LMS leaflet you should have received. 

If you've lost this leaflet, or need further assistance, please speak to your Manager.

I've forgotten my username!

Your username is your personal email address. Please speak to your manager to confirm the personal email address we have on User-Net is correct.

If you need to update your Personal Email Address in User-Net, please ask your Manager to complete a Personnel Change Form 1016.

If you know your email address, you can reset your password here.

If you don't know your email address, please see the "I've forgotten my username!" section above.

Please be patient, emails can sometimes take a few minutes to arrive.

Check that the email has not gone in your junk/spam folder. The email should appear from "noreply@my-education.co.uk".

Double check the spelling of the email you provided in the password reset form. Try again if necessary.

Please speak to your Manager to confirm that the email address we have on User-Net is correct.
If you need to update your Personal Email Address in User-Net, please ask your Manager to complete a Personnel Change Form 1016.

On first login, a tour of the site was provided. To replay this tour, click “Reset user tour on this page” at the bottom of the home page, then refresh the window.

If you still need assistance with finding what you need, please speak to your Manager.

DO NOT ALLOW POP-UPS FOR ALL SITES, ONLY THE LMS.

On Microsoft Edge:

  1. In the address bar, click pop-up blocked Pop-up blocked.
  2. Click the link for the pop-up that you want to see.
  3. To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://my-education.co.uk and then Done.

On Google Chrome:

  1. In the address bar, click pop-up blocked Pop-up blocked.
  2. Click the link for the pop-up that you want to see.
  3. To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://my-education.co.uk and then Done.

On Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Under the address bar, click Options 
  2. Select Allow pop-ups for my-education.co.uk

At the top right of the page, click on the drop down arrow next to your name, and select Security.

Follow the instructions on screen.

I've completed a course, but it still shows as incomplete! What can I do?

A course can have many possible combinations of conditions that must be met in order to register as "complete".

Some courses will display the conditions required on the course's page. Check these to ensure that the relevant activities have been completed.

Check that all the activities within the course are marked as complete and ensure that any instructions within the course have been followed.

An activity can have many possible combinations of conditions that must be met in order to register as "complete".

Some activities will display the conditions required on the activity's page or within the activity itself. Check these to ensure that the relevant conditions have been met.

Some courses will open an activity in a new tab/window. During the activity, the main site will not be navigable and should display a message stating that the content is open in another window.

It's important that, once you have completed the activity, the main site window is kept open to record your activity progress. If the site is closed early, it can lose your attempt.

Once the activity has been recorded, the site should return you to the course page and allow you to navigate as normal once again.
